Toni Newborn is the founder and CEO of Naomi Dru Events, a planning, coordination, and production company centered on meaningful, well-executed experiences that bring people together.
For more than 15 years, she has paired strategic planning with refined hospitality and meticulous attention to detail. Every timeline is purposeful, every moving part is considered, and every important moment has room to breathe.
Toni has coordinated weddings across Minnesota, from intimate celebrations to multi-hundred-guest affairs. She also led two consecutive years of the Community Empowerment Through Black Men Healing Conference, overseeing multi-day programming, speakers, vendors, logistics, marketing coordination, and run-of-show design.
For Toni, event production is more than logistics. It is a vehicle for connection, empowerment, and meaningful change.
